Mark J. Malvitz-Ellis wins court battle in litigation having case thrown out and / or dismissed last week. Sources say that the plaintiffs who filed against Malvitz may become liable for damages including fraud, Federal wiretapping violations, negligent misrepresentation, malicious litigation, libel and slander as well as court costs and attorney’s fees.
“These people have been proven to be blatant liars. They remind me of something that you would see on the Jerry Springer show…” says Malvitz. “These so called credible witnesses against our ministry range anywhere for convicted felons, tax evaders and registered sex offenders. The public record against these people speak for themselves.”

Hi Daryl,
Looks like Malvitz’ opponents and lawyer were penalized and fined by the courts as well. The folks that filed their bogus lawsuit seemed to be pretty whacked. I’ve talked to a few of them over the years. I guess one of them by the name of Clarence has been out of jail after sodomizing a man and slitting his throat. He served an 8 year sentence. Matthew Upton is also a convicted felon who is out now.

I talked to James via email who knows Malvitz personally. I guess from several eye witnesses Malvitz was never assaulted. Some drunk woman started punching her husband and not Malvitz. I guess Malvitz was quite an accomplished martial artist growing up. From what I hear, he needs to pipe up his full contact competition again! I think I like this brother and I have never even met him! He sounds pretty bold and fearless from what I gather.

I just found out from Ally that Steve Presson who filed against Malvitz and lost the lawsuit is married to his wife's sister. THATS GROSS!!!

Searching court records you can find Steve Presson and Sylvia McLain being sued countless times for issues related to tax fraud, breach of contract and a myriad of other legal offenses. Presson allegedly jumped on a hair dresser and started biting (yes biting!) him in front of his restaurant on J street. I'm surprised they haven't been thrown in jail yet. No wonder they hated Malvitz. Most whacko’s do! Malvitz shoot from the hip and doesn’t pull any punches. He’s probably one of the boldest preachers I’ve ever seen.
I remember Malvitz from the Stockton days. That dude was awesome to say the least! His ministry changed my life. Where the heck is the guy now? I heard he was in itinerate ministry full time. I went to one of his meetings in Virginia. There were no less than 4,000 in attendance. It was pretty awesome. His wife also has an incredible singing voice. I bought one of her CDs.

I remember when the newspaper started blasting Malvitz for all kinds of fabricated BS. Thier sources were Alton Mead and Mario (Whatever his last name was). I remember these two clowns. Both Alton and Mario cussed out my mother in law that lived next to them in their apartment.
What a crock that whole newspaper ordeal was. Malvitz should have sued the crap out of the paper.
